Questions? Contact us at apexncrotary@gmail.com
• Set-up in the Depot parking lot will start at 12pm.
• The parade starts at 5pm.
• Tear down will need to be completed by 8pm
• Hunter Street, Ambergate Station, and Apex Peakway will be closed by 2:30pm by the Apex Police Department so if anyone
from your party needs to get in or leave, they will need to do that by 2:30.
• Vendors and food vendors cannot plug into the streetlamp sockets, but power will be provided for the event.
• You will need to bring your own extension cords (possibly more than 1 depending on where you are located in the parking lot)
and cord covers (or reflective tape) to cover the cords to your tent.
• We will have the spaces marked with your name/company name, so you know where to set up.
• Also, please let me know in advance if you need power and I will do my best to get you as close to the power source as
possible.
• We have a lot of participation in this event each year, so plan for your space to be approx. 15 x 10.
• We encourage you to bring a tent, chairs and table and to decorate your space in a Gingerbread holiday theme.
• Just a reminder, we cannot have any booth participant doing Santa or Mrs. Clause as the Santa and Mrs. Clause that ride in the
parade will be stopping by the Depot prior to the start of the parade. Just don’t want any confusion for the kids.
• Plan to have some type of Gingerbread related kid friendly craft kids can do when they visit your tent.
