The Apex Rotary Club Christmas Parade is being held this year on Saturday December 5, 2026 starting at 5:00pm at the intersection of Ambergate Station and The Peakway, heading down Salem Street, turning on Moore Street, and ending at the Apex Public Works Buildings on Upchurch St.

Please Note: The Parade Registration Will Fill Up quickly, so Register Early to reserve your spot. We expect to have all spots resevered by the End of September.
NEW FOR THIS YEAR: DUE TO ROADWAY LIMITATIONS IN DOWNTOWN APEX, ALL PARADE ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM VEHICLE AND/OR TRAILER WIDTH OF 9'-0". That dimension is from Mirror to Mirror of a Vehicle or the Widest Point of the Trailer. Any entries wider then 9' will be turned away.
For Reference, a Standard Mid-Size Pickup Truck is approximately 6'-8" wide.

Business Entry. This level is for Business that want to participate in the parade. (1) Vehicle / Trailer per entry. Walkers are included within this entry as well. Multiple vehicles from the same Business is not allowed unless the parade has not met the Capped. Note if you are interested in being added to the waiting list for additional vehicles in the "Additional Comments" section.

Non-Profit Groups. This level is for Non-Profit Groups that want to participate in the parade. (1) Vehicle / Trailer per entry. Walkers are included within this entry as well. Multiple vehicles from the same Non-Profit is not allowed unless the parade has not met the Capped. Note if you are interested in being added to the waiting list for additional vehicles in the "Additional Comments" section.

K-12 BASED NON PROFIT GROUPS
This level is for Non-Profit Groups, specifically for school age children 12th grade & below, that want to participate in the parade. This includes Groups / Clubs from local schools, as well as, child-based community service organizations. (1) Vehicle / Trailer per entry. Walkers are included within this entry. Multiple vehicles from the same group is not allowed unless the parade has not met the Capped.

CANDY DONATION
Candy is a big part of any Christmas Parade for the kids lined up along the route. Please consider helping the Apex Rotary Club by providing a financial donation so we can purchase Candy that will be handed out along the route. Donations start at $1 but can be increased in any increments.

CHARITABLE DONATION
The Apex Rotary Club donates all proceeds from the parade to worth charities. Please consider providing an additional donation to support these groups. This year proceeds for the parade will benefit Western Wake Crisis Ministry and, to Honor the Apex Police and the Apex Fire, proceeds will benefit the Special Olympics NC Torch Run and the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center as well.
